Citycuti.com is founded by two Malaysians (a couple actually) who are currently living in United States. We are 100% Malaysians (not bananas, ok?) who studied in Malaysia High Schools and attended Inti College Penang. We are proud to be Malaysians. Malaysia Boleh!

Mission and Purpose

The reason why we created CityCuti.com is because we want to have a website that is designed for lovely Malaysian community. We want to have a website that just like a “Mamak” stall for all of you where everybody can talk about how bad Manchester United is (You know I am a Arsenal fan!), post about your dream girl photos in college, discuss about how good your proton Satria is, and talk about the new fashion styles. In short, citycuti.com is designed to be a place where everybody can talk and share information.

Why choose CityCuti.com? Isn’t it a stupid name?

Believe it or not, barnstorming a nice name was the toughest thing to do. We spent a nice whole week just to brainstorm a nice name for this website. We thought about kakilang.com (in English means friends or relatives), marimari.com (in English means come on), but they all were taken by somebody. We were frustrated and tried to register “Malaysian’s Four Letters Words” and surprinsgly these names were already taken too. We wondered what they are going to do with those domains.

Anyway, CityCuti.com was the only best name that we could think of and we both thought that they are meaningful. Cuti is a Malay word means holiday, so we hope this website give you relaxing feelings.

A 25 years old Internet Entrepreneur who obtained computer science degree from University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

A student who is currently trying to finish her bachelor degree in Finance.
